Luxury Horsebox Bar
We're bringing our renowned Lewis Partnership service and hospitality expertise to you with our mobile bar! Our stylish bar, housed in a beautifully restored horsebox, is the ideal addition to weddings, festivals, parties, corporate events, and more.
We specialise in providing a premium bar experience that’s as unique as your event. From signature cocktails to your favorite beers and wines, our expert bartenders are ready to craft delicious drinks for you and your guests. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere with excellent service, ensuring every moment is celebrated in style.
Mobile Bar Hire
Our hire fee is £250 and includes:
- Full bar hire of the horsebox for the duration of your event
- Double back bar chiller unit, draught chiller system offering three on-tap options and hot water boiler
- Beautifully finished interior with oak worktops and white subway tiles, two serving hatches, LED colour changing lighting and decorative foliage
- iPad till system with cash and card transactions taken
- Option to customise your drinks menu
- A Temporary Events Notice (TEN) to allow the sale of alcohol at your event
- Up to two staff members to run the bar
- Ice, fruit garnish, recyclable plastic glassware and paper straws (real glassware available for an additional charge)
Packages
Cash Bar
We charge your guests on the day, they can pay by cash or card.
Hosts Bar
You put a set amount on a bar tab and let your guests enjoy drinks on you. Once this amount has been reached we can then switch to a Cash Bar if required.
Open Bar
Guests will not be not charged and we will invoice you after the event.
